Returns and Refunds are straightforward here. We fully understand that buying adult products online is often an impulse purchase. Also the product that arrives may not always be exactly what you imagined from the photos. We try and provide as much information as possible on each product, but still understand that you may wish to return your purchase. We will happily accept returns, but please read our terms and conditions.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
All products sold by Jessica Rabbit Vibrators come with a 14 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the product or products that you have purchased from us for any reason then please return it within 14 days of receipt and we will offer you a full refund (all monies including the original delivery cost are refunded if the goods are cancelled within the 7 day cooling off period.) or you can exchange your item for an alternative product within the same price range.
USED PRODUCTS
We have a strict health and hygiene policy and so used products cannot be returned. If you are returnign somethimg to us unused, then it must come back in their complete original packaging and in the same condition that they were when they left us. All products must be received back within 14 days from the day you receive the order. Any returned items that we believe have been used or if any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods to you without prior notice.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
You have the right to cancel the order placed at www.jessicarabbitvibrators.co.uk within 7 days of the purchase for a full refund. Please remember that we process all orders on the same day the order is placed (before 3pm), so please try and cancel your order on the same day as it was placed to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order to us.
REFUNDS
The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 requires Jessica Rabbit Vibrators to say that your money will be returned within 30 days of the cancellation of your order. We do however try to refund your funds to the card that was used to place the order within 7 days. Goods are refunded within 30 days. Please ensure that you ask for proof of postage at the post office, which is free.
POSTAGE & PACKING COSTS
Reshipping charges will be applied when a package is returned to us by Royal Mail having been unclaimed and you still require your order. Any order returned to us as ‘refused’ will be subject to an admin fee of £5.
