Royal Mail Special Delivery 24hr Service – £5.95

DISCREET POSTAGE & PACKAGING

Jessica Rabbit Vibrators package all of our orders in completely plain packaging. All orders will be dispatched in either a plain envelope or a plain box. There will be no indication whatsoever that your order is from an adult business.

SAME DAY DISPATCH

All orders received at www.jessicarabbitvibrators.co.uk Monday to Friday before 3pm will be sent out on the same day. If your order is placed outside of these hours then we will send it out the next working day.

DELIVERY TYPES

UK – Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked – usually within 1 to 5 days. However 10 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived. Royal Mail will only deem a parcel as lost after this period.

UK – Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day – Guaranteed to arrive Next Working Day Monday to Friday. Items dispatched on Friday often arrive on the Saturday, but can only be guaranteed for the Monday. Any orders placed before 3pm on Monday to Thursday will arrive by 1pm the next day.

European Orders – Royal Mail International – Orders to EU countries will usually arrive within 5 to 10 working days. However, 30 days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has failed to arrive. Royal Mail will only deem an International parcel as lost after 30 working days.

Rest of the World Orders – Royal Mail International – Orders to any countries outside of the EU will usually arrive within 7 to 14 working days. However, you should allow 30 days before contacting us if your order has not turned up. Royal Mail will only deem an International parcel as lost after 30 working days.

DELIVERY ADDRESS TERMS

If you do not expect to be at home on the day that your order is due to arrive and would prefer the order to be sent to an alternative address then that is no problem. Please ensure when completing your payment details that your Billing Address is the one registered to the card being used. However you can complete different details for the Delivery Address. Please make sure that the delivery address details are completed correctly as we cannot be held responsible for any delays or loss of your order due to the incorrect completion of this information. Please make sure the house name and number and street are completed as we often get orders with just the number of the property. Our address labels are produced automatically from the details that you provide.

ORDER TRACKING

After you have placed your order and we have packed it for you, we will email you with your Royal Mail reference number and a link to the Royal Mail website.
